POLICIES

By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies:

BOOKINGS

All bookings are done online and require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that a 24 hour notice is given if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and no shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service. 

A “cancel/reschedule” link can be found in your confirmation and reminder text/email. You may also text (415) 737-9890.

LATE POLICY

Appointments are scheduled back to back (30 mins), please arrive on time. If you are 15+ minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate and you will be charged the full amount of the missed service, facials will be shortened. Give yourself plenty of time (traffic, parking etc). 

MALE CLIENTS

All male clients are required to wear a bottom, no exceptions. We have the right to refuse service. 

MINORS

All clients under 18 will need a parent/guardian signature before any service (online new client form).

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Must be presented at the time of service.

REFUNDS

All services, tan packages, gift cards, and retail items are final sale, no refunds.
