All bookings are done online and require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel or reschedule 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid a fee. No shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service.

​A “cancel/reschedule” link can be found in your confirmation and reminder text/email. You may also text (415) 737-9890.

LATE POLICY

​Appointments are scheduled back to back (30 mins), please arrive on time. If you are 15+ minutes late, we will have to reschedule (if possible) and a fee may apply. Keep in mind Magnolia Ave traffic!​

MALE CLIENTS

All male clients are required to wear a bottom, no exceptions. We have the right to refuse service.

MINORS

All clients under 18 will need a parent/guardian signature before any service (online new client form).

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Must be presented at the time of service.

REFUNDS

All services, tan packages, gift cards, and retail items are final sale, no refunds.
