By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies
All bookings are done online and require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Any phone/text inquiries will be directed to our online booking. We offer 24/7 online booking that shows our most up to date availability.
We ask that a 4 hour notice is given if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations occurring within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time and no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. A "cancel/reschedule" button can be found at the bottom of your confirmation and reminder email. Your appointment has not been successfully canceled unless you receive a cancellation confirmation email. You may also text (415) 737-9890 to cancel.
Please arrive on time. Appointments are scheduled back to back. If you are 15+ minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and charged a cancellation fee (50%). Plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time (traffic, parking etc). If you are running late, a courtesy text is always appreciated.
We understand childcare is not always accessible however, due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon.
We only tan male clients referred to us by existing clients. All male clients are required to wear a bottom, no exceptions. We have the right to refuse service.
All clients under 18 will need a parent/gaurdian signature before any service.
Spray tan and skincare gift cards can be redeemed for services and retail. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Must be presented at the time of service.
All services, tan packages, gift cards, and retail items are final sale, no refunds.
