POLICIES
By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies:
BOOKINGS
All bookings are done online and require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Any phone/text inquiries will be directed to our online booking.
AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT, PRE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
We highly suggest booking in advance to reserve your preferred day + time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that a 4 hour notice is given if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling occurring within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time and no shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
A “cancel/reschedule” button can be found at the bottom of your confirmation/reminder email. Your appointment has not been successfully cancelled/rescheduled unless you receive an email stating your appointment has been successfully cancelled/rescheduled.
LATE POLICY
Appointments are scheduled back to back, please arrive on time. If you are 10+ minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate and you will be charged the full amount of the missed service, facials will be shortened. Give yourself plenty of time (traffic, parking etc).
CHILDREN POLICY
We understand childcare is not always accessible however, due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon.
MALE CLIENTS
We only tan male clients referred to us by existing clients. All male clients are required to wear a bottom, no exceptions. We have the right to refuse service.
MINORS
All clients under 18 will need a parent/guardian signature before any service (online new client form).
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be redeemed for services and retail. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Must be presented at the time of service.
REFUNDS
All services, tan packages, gift cards, and retail items are final sale, no refunds.
